Our own apps and games, built and run by us.

Everything under one roof
Layton Labs makes its own apps for iPhone and Android and its own games, from idea to launch and ongoing support. Design, code, everything behind the scenes, and in-app payments, all from the same small team. The apps are sold on the App Store and Google Play.

We have shipped for real
Behind us are five apps we have built and launched, on the App Store, and most of them on Google Play too. We know what it takes all the way through, right down to review, payments and everything that has to work after launch.

The team

Jean-Robert Nino, founder and CEO
Jean-Robert designs and codes the apps himself. He founded Layton Labs AB in Stockholm in 2026 and studied at Futuregames, the game development and tech school.
He built the studio's own apps: Supanator, on the App Store since July 2025, Riksdagsinsyn since August 2025, Clouder since December 2025, Poliskollen since January 2026, and Pling Terminal since April 2026. All five run on iPhone and iPad, and four of them are also on Google Play. Riksdagsinsyn and Poliskollen have their own Apple Watch apps, Riksdagsinsyn is also on Apple TV, and Poliskollen is on Wear OS watches.
He builds the whole chain: the interfaces in SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose, the backend on Cloudflare Workers, and subscriptions through the App Store and Google Play. He also keeps the apps up to date, and in September 2026 Riksdagsinsyn, Poliskollen, Supanator and Clouder all got new versions. Together the apps have more than 100,000 downloads, by the studio's own figures.
Alongside the apps he makes the studio's games, the puzzle game Gem Jam and the horror game The Quiet Below. Riksdagsinsyn has been covered by Feber and Nyhetsbyrån Järva, and Supanator got a video walkthrough from FlutterFlow Brasil.
