Proven delivery
Five apps built and launched, live on iPhone and most of them on Android. Real products that people use.
Investor briefing
A founder-led app studio in Stockholm. Five apps live, real recurring revenue, run lean.
The opportunity
Most app studios live or die on a single bet. Layton Labs runs a portfolio: five apps already live, each earning, each sharing the same design system and infrastructure, so the next one costs less to build than the last.
The model is simple and already proven on our own books: build apps people pay for, keep the company lean, and reinvest the revenue into more apps. Capital lets us run that loop faster, and on more bets at once.

Thousands of users and hundreds of paying subscribers across the portfolio, grown organically with no paid acquisition.
Founder-led and run lean, so the revenue goes a long way. What the apps earn is reinvested, not burned.
Every app reuses the same design and infrastructure, so each new one takes less time and money than the last.
The company
Layton Labs AB is registered in Stockholm (org.nr 559590-8202). The five apps run today under the founder's sole proprietorship and consolidate into the company from August 2026. The plan covers both the apps' actual track record to date and our projections going forward. The full financials, projections and assumptions live in the business plan, shared on request.
We are open to a small number of investors who get indie software and a long time horizon. Ask for the business plan, with the full financials and projections, or book a call.
